SPDCL has staff strength of more than 125 employees comprising of technical, financial and HR personnel in managerial grade, safety officer, quality inspectors, technical supervisors, machine operators, accounts / store / measurement executives and site office support staff. The technical team consists of graduate engineers, diploma engineers, machine operators etc drawn from prime construction companies. The technical team is headed by Mr. LK Samanta who has over 25 years experience in civil construction work in reputed companies. Most members of the technical team have over 10 years of relevant experience.


Well-versed and equipped with new and modern construction methods such as various kinds of steel shuttering and machineries including fly ash brick manufacturing plant, concrete batching plant, concrete pump, reversible mixer, JCB, tower crane, bar bending machine, bar cutting machine, welding machine, drilling machine, cube testing machine, digital theodolite, vibrator, grinding machine, etc.


Day to day monitoring of all projects are fully automated using appropriate MIS reports through cloud computing accessible to all concerned personnel to ensure that the back-end operations of SPDCL is as solid as its front-end.
