SPDCL celebrated its Annual Day by organizing a mini cricket tournament that was played by all members of the SPD family. A friendly match between the different teams led to a nail biting atmosphere of serious cricket and serious fun! The match was followed by a sumptuous lunch for all the employees and the guests. Guests included distinguished clients as well as family and friends. Through this event, we at SPDCL tried to encourage team building and inculcate a spirit of togetherness among the employees. Also with the management and employees playing together, it reflected how much the management values its employees and the importance it gives to employee engagement. SPDCL tries to keep an employee friendly culture, with its main principles being honesty, integrity and discipline.

In addition to holding events that build teamwork, SPDCL is consistently organizing safety seminars to inculcate the best industry practices in the HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) department. SPDCL gives top priority to ensure that its workforce is well-versed with the required know-how and awareness to create a sustainable working environment for all stakeholders.
