Pakki Kandal Rao
Pakki Kandal Rao as Vice President brings 35 years of solid experience in Strategic Management, Team Leadership, Resource Management and Operations Management in the Construction Industry. Armed with rich experience of working with reputed organisations such as Nicco, Mfar, BDA, MES, Hero, Unimark, GAIL, Indian Oil, etc, Mr. Rao has completed several iconic projects like the Trump Tower and Ecospace Air Tower in Kolkata, the Gail Tower in Noida and 13 amusement and water parks in India and abroad. Mr. Rao is a Civil Engineering Graduate with MBA who has completed numerous certifications such as ISO, GRIHA, EPGSBL, Business Excellence Assessor etc. from reputed institutions like, IIM Kolkata, XIM Bhubaneswar, Griha Council, CII etc. He has also received many prizes in India and abroad such as Gold Medal in QIT international competition held at Hyderabad. With his vast experience and versatile knowledge, Mr. Rao is motivating the team to achieve the Company’s vision of Business Excellence.
Debasish Dey
Debasish Dey as DGM (Projects) is a Civil Engineer with more than three decades of experience in construction in a variety of projects like malls, hotels, commercial and residential spaces. He has special expertise in executing turnkey projects from start to handover in all aspects. He has been an integral part of the team and has successfully handed over various prestigious projects like JSPL (Angul), Akshaya Patra Foundation Kitchen (Puri), Kalinga Stadium (Bhubaneswar), Wild Lotus Garment Factory (Bhubaneswar) etc
Rabindra Bajoria
Rabindra Bajoria heads the Supply-Chain for civil materials of all the projects in the Company. He is a commerce graduate having an immense experience of 35 years in supply-chain and logistics. His remarkable qualities of dependability, 24/7 availability, in-depth market research and networking enables him to undertake all the planning, organizing, directing, and controlling activities related to the procurement function of all civil construction related materials.
Ranjan Sahoo
Ranjan Sahoo heads the Plant & Machinery division of the Company. With experience of more than 20 years in notable companies like Thermax, Jaypee, Universal & Cosmos, Ranjan is responsible for ensuring that all projects are given proper support and guidance in the form of all kinds of plant & machineries (ie – tower cranes, batching plants, passenger hoists, concrete pumps, backhoe loaders, etc), tools & tackles and trained operators who shall undertake the running, maintenance, overhauling, refurbishment and repairing of the same. Ranjan is also having an expertise in manufacturing & repairing of all kinds of steel shuttering materials. Ranjan is successfully handling the P&M requirements of 45+ sites and is managing 70+ operators who are working under his guidance.
